Privacy policy

Who we are

NextWho is operated by NextWho Systems LLC, registered office 1201 North Market Street, Suite 1400, Wilmington, DE 19901, United States, at nextwho.space. NextWho works at workflow level, not employee level: it is not employee surveillance or individual productivity scoring.

Where and how data is stored

  • Hosting: AWS us-east-1
  • Encryption at rest: AES-256
  • Encryption in transit: TLS 1.3
  • Tenant isolation: Logical multi-tenant database with row-level security
  • Backups: Point-in-time recovery backups every five minutes, 30-day retention

AI processing

  • Model: OpenAI GPT-4o through the Enterprise API
  • Data residency: US-based
  • Training opt-out: Enabled by default on the Operations plan
  • What AI does: Suggests bottlenecks only
  • Human confirmation: Any structural SOP or ownership change requires human confirmation

Integrations

  • Yardi / Entrata: OAuth 2.0; bi-directional, 15-minute polling; queue-and-retry fallback.
  • Slack: Outbound webhooks; real-time outbound webhooks; activity-feed fallback.
  • Google Workspace: OAuth 2.0; bi-directional, real-time; manual refresh fallback.
